Medical Treatment Referral to Sarang General Hospital(사랑의 병원) for International Students

COE International Students who want to receive a medical treatment in this Hospital must fill out this referral form and submit it to Office of Planning and International Affairs(wingim@snu.ac.kr) to get the COE Dean’s official seal before going to the Hospital.
