Teacher education is one of the keys to success in AI-integrated education.

Funded by the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, the Department of AI-Integrated Education at Seoul National University (SNU) College of Education provides a master’s program for elementary and secondary school teachers in various subjects to develop their skills and knowledge in the field of AI integrated education.

This program includes classes on basic AI knowledge, current AI technology, and the principles and field implementation of AI-integrated education for various subject domains in the school curriculum.

Teachers enrolled in the program will learn and study in depth knowledge and skills on classroom innovation by integrating their subject domains with AI related knowledge and methods, AI-enabled pedagogical tools, AI-related social issues, and other relevant topics.

Using the works of many AI experts working with SNU as well as the academic and educational achievements of College of Education in AI-integrated education, the Department prepares the students to bring AI skills and knowledge to practice in schools.
