Seoul National University College of Education
Dean of the College of Education at Seoul National University June-hee Yoo
Welcome to the College of Education, Seoul National University.
The College of Education at Seoul National University traces its origins to Hansung Teacher Training School, founded in 1895. Since its establishment in 1946 alongside the founding of Seoul National University, it has produced approximately 30,000 talented individuals who embody both intellectual excellence and moral integrity. These graduates have led Korean education through outstanding teaching and research in secondary schools and universities both in Korea and abroad, while also demonstrating leadership across various sectors of society and contributing to the development of the Republic of Korea.
In what is often referred to as an era of great transformation, new paradigms and norms are being demanded in education and research. The College of Education at Seoul National University will continue to pursue innovation in talent cultivation and knowledge creation, redefining educational paradigms required for future society and maintaining its central role in Korean education.
We kindly ask for your continued interest and support.
